Description
Regupol RAV400 is a high performing, yet cost effective polyurethane bound
rubber granulate material developed and formulated to dampen and/or isolate
noise and vibrations at source and has been developed for the machinery
mounting industry, although can be used for structural isolation, where loads
permit. Regupol RAV400 will retain its isolation properties throughout a
long and maintenance free lifespan and can withstand loads of up to 0.25N/mm2
and is 100% recyclable.

Applications
Regupol RAV400 has a multitude of applications and can be used in both
non-critical and critical areas whether for dampening or isolation of noise and
vibrations respectively and has been used for:
- Lift motors
- Heavy plant
- Inertia Pits
- Machinery with out of balance forces e.g. Lathes, Pillar Drills, Shapers,
- Saws, etc.
- Machinery with vertical shock loads, e.g. Guillotines, Power Presses, etc.
- Sensitive areas such as Laboratories, nano sensitive equipment, etc.
